It's time for the Highlands Music Fall Ornament Sale. Our students have been slaving away for hours and hours to make you the very best looking ornaments on the Earth.
By golly,,,,, I think they've done it!
Come to the Fall Concert on Thursday, October 29th at the Highlands Gym at 7:00 pm but before the concert, visit the cafeteria at 6:30 to check out all the wonderful Holiday Ornaments our student have been making.
Ornaments are $10.00 each but you can you can purchase a pair of ornaments for the price of two!
The proceeds for the Ornament sale will pay for:
Choir Festival: $150.00
Band Festival: $150.00
Orchestra Festival: $150.00
Solo/Ensemble Festival: $10.00 per student entered (estimated - $250.00)
Bus transportation to all festivals: $450.00
Rehearsal transportation for the Toyota Center concert (Orchestra): $150.00
Tickets for the Seattle Symphony and Experience Music Project at the Seattle Center: $1200.00 (total for 80 students and 8 chaperones)
Bus for the Seattle Trip: 1,800.00 for two buses for one day –
Total costs for trip buses and entry fees (plus a little breathing room) - $4500.00
Make sure to tell your Moms, Dads, Grandmas, Grandpas, Aunts, Uncles, Friends, Family, and anyone else who loves to decorate with great ornaments during the holiday season! They’ll love the ornaments as they support our music experience here at Highlands.
